As a Health & Safety Officer with Alshaya Enterprises, I support the safe installation of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment at the Wynn Resort project. I work closely with ALEC, Wynn’s HSE team, and subcontractor Snowland to ensure all activities follow UAE regulations and project HSE standards.

My Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with PTW and RAMS.
Monitor lifting, handling, and installation activities for heavy equipment.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and worker briefings.
Report hazards, support incident/near-miss investigations, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and HSE teams to maintain safe workflow.

Helped maintain a safe and compliant work environment on a major hospitality project.
Improved worker safety awareness through regular coaching and supervision.

Currently overseeing HSE operations for Yas Marina Circuit Tunnel 6 and Tunnel 1
maintenance and reconstruction projects for client Ethara with Simko as engineering
partner. Responsibilities include enforcing PPE compliance, Job Safety Analysis (JSA),
Safe Operating Work (SOW) procedures, and daily site supervision. Work scope
covers sandblasting, structural repairs, injection works, wall and road
demolition/reconstruction, and tunnel maintenance.

Served as HSE Officer for the Harrow School Project, Saadiyat Island (Client: Oversaw piling and foundation
operations involving crawler cranes, pile rigs, JCBs, and hydraulic hammers.
Conducted risk assessments, site inspections, PTW control, and safety inductions,
ensuring full compliancewith OSHAD SF and UAE safety regulations.

Conducted safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks in compliance with UAE
HSE standards. Delivered safety inductions and training sessions for staff and
contractors. Maintained HSE documentation and supported compliance with
regulatory requirements. Investigated incidents, implemented corrective actions, and
promoted safety engagement initiatives. Coordinated with operations teams to ensure
safe material handling and warehouse practices.
