Daily Tasks:
• Send the checks and cash received to the agreed banks
• Enter the receipts received from the banks
• Control the coherence of the purchase orders and the invoices received from the suppliers as for prices quantities and specifications
• Perform required accounting transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Organize stock counts
• Perform closing entries ( depreciation, accruals, work in process)
• Perform any tasks given by the manager
