Conduct and / or participate in quality or technical compliance audits for CONTRACTOR, Sub CONTRACTOR or VENDORS. Review the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager of any deficiency. Review QA/QC site organization, key personnel CV’s as submitted by the CONTRACTORs and advice the Project Manager of his comments. Review QA/QC Procedures and document control as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contracts requirements. Review Inspection and Test Plans and other technical submittals as required and ensure compliance with contracts requirements. Attend site activities and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedures and contract requirements. Ensure traceability of all materials and equipment from purchasing and up to delivery on site. Check materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specifications .Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with PMC discipline engineers on a daily basis, issue NCR’s in case of non-compliance and report to Project Manager in case of shortage of skilled laborers and/or site supervision staff. Participate with PMC staff in assessing concession requests and field Design Changes as submitted by Contractor. Participate with PMC staff in reviewing the Close out Report as submitted by Contractors Attend/preside the weekly QAQC meetings with Contractors Prepare monthly and quarterly KPI assessment for CONTRACTOR and semi- annual PMC assessment reports.

Works as a Sr. QAQC Engr in different companies and in this company at present as well . Manages different discipline QAQC Engrs under my care. Prepares the PQP of the project based on the Division Procedural Manual and Quality Manual of the company. Attend to the NCRs issued by the Consultant at site and determine the root causes and issues corrective and preventive actions to avoid re-occurences. Make quality audits to the subcontractors of the project and other division of the company itself.Attend weekly progress meeting with the Consultant and act as the QAQC Manager of Pal Technology . Reviews also the submittals of the construction teams regarding Method Statements, Material / Sample Submittal Approval and Subcontractor's approval submittal as well. Attend offsite /factory testings .Make sure that the inspection request records and other quality records are maintained as per quality procedures and coordinates with different construction discipline regarding the Testing and commissioning and the Snaggings of the project and the Final hand-over of the project documents. Attend also the Management Review Meetings at the main office and coordinates also the audit reports both external and internal and attending to the observations they reported and / or whatever NCRs they issued so that the company can adjust or make the necessary action in conformance with the Quality Management System established.

: Supervise and check the sub-contractor's site civil works in accordance to the project schedule and terms and obligations of the approved Construction ITP, SLGC Specifications, approved for construction drawings and contractor's scope of work. Assure that all execution are done as per SLGC safety Study and reviewall the necessary technical information, to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures and specific Participate with Engineering discipline engineer evaluation of technical problems and in determining solutions ( RFI ).Assure red marking-up drawings. To initiate, expedite clearance of all deficiencies status for review of RE. To follow-up two-weeks look ahead and productivity reports. To coordinate with other site personnel to resolve site execution problems. Tagging implementation procedures.Participate in the commissioning phase of the project including all safety procedures. Prepares daily and weekly reports to the RE and attend weekly coordination and progress meetings at site. Acting in behalf of Resident Engineer when he is not available/vacation .

Set-up and maintain QC files as per PQP site filing procedure. Monitor, identify, register, and report deviations, deficiencies and NCR to concerned parties and corrective implementation .Issue to client representative visits for inspection, testing and witnessing. Enforces quality management on site. Rejects material's workmanship which does not comply with the specification and imposed corrective actions. Provide needed QC records for systems transfer to commissioning team as per construction/commissioning interface. Perform factory inspection of locally manufactured /assembled project equipments and attend also trial mixes and other QC testing/witnessing at the batching plants. Assist in the resolution of quality related problems .Prepare and transfer all QC related documents and produce copy of handing over documents to client. Conduct routinary survelliance on site and review compliance as per approved ITP of the project. Prepares Daily QC report, deviation, deficiencies and NCR register reports.corrective and preventive actions registers Attend weekly progress and quality meetings onsite.

: Make estimates of materials required for particular projects .Make cost comparisons of quoted materials from different suppliers for PD approvals

Liase with Consultant with regards to daily inspection /testing and witnessing of works on site. Update all the records of submitted ITRs of the site engineers and transmit to Consultant for approval. Make preparation also of the approved ITR for QS usage as well as the Planning Dept. Attend off site and on site testing and inspection as per approved ITP of the project. Attend coordination meetings of the department on a daily basis and weekly basis against Consultant / Engineers. Monitor clearing of punch lists items in different priorities to achieve various Certificates in the commissioning of the project Attends daily meetings of the department at site.. QA/QC Manager ( Acting Capacity ) Liaise with the consultant / client representative on site and discuss quality related matters affecting the execution of works .Answers memo correspondences and discuss NCR's closing with the subcontractors and approvals by the client/consultant. Coordinate interface works of the Construction team with the Commissioning team as well as the documentation required .Attends weekly coordination meetings with the subcontractors and client /consultants.

Responsible for the project biddings and negotiations and over all supervision and management of all acquired projects. Directly responsible to the
owner / client for the proper accomplishment of the contracted works or projects.

Make various types of architectural / structural construction/renovation drawings.Prepare the material’s take-off needed for the project.Inspect and monitor various civil works and subcontract jobs. Canvass, purchase and deliver on site the necessary tools, materials and equipments. Conduct on site inspection regarding the project taking notes on factors that will affect the construction of the project .Perform other office works like bidding documents preparations and other related works concerning the projects.

Directly responsible to the owner/client regarding the scope of works and accomplishment of the proposed project.Negotiates with other
subcontractor and suppliers regarding the subcontract items performance and manpower supply to achieve the desired accomplishment.

Supervises the construction of projects in compliance to the scope of works, plans, specifications and other relevant codes. Oversee the implementation of the project relative to the terms and conditions of the contract between client/owner and the contractor. Makes routinary inspections, prepare and submits daily, weekly progress reports and recommends techniques to maximize coverage and economize material’s utilization. Assist in preparation of tenders, estimate work and bidding out subcontract items.Coordinate with subcontractors regarding the preparation of Method Statements and inspect materials brought on site for usage and sign corresponding MIRR in coordination with QC Engineer. Handles and supervises different discipline engineers of the project . Checks and validates the progress billing report submitted by the by subcontractors after discipline engineer’s review for payment.
