Duties & Responsibilities;
Promote and demonstrate safety excellence
Set a high personal example of health and safety at all times
To assist in Accident investigation report /Incident/near miss report .
Conduct the toolbox talks, induction, HSE awareness issues and keep the related records and documents.
Daily inspection of Work at height, Lifting Activities, Excavation, Piling, Hot work and Confined space and Control of activities through PTW system
Ensure that all the HSE control measures and precautions required for the site related works and adequate before the commencement of the work on site.
Observe report and document any unsafe act or unsafe condition on site, and do suitable corrective and remedial action.
Conduct routine scheduled inspections..
Ensure that all operators, drivers and vehicles equipment have valid related UAE driving licenses/ registration cards.
Advice & co-ordinate for implementation of work permit systems.
Report to HSE Manager on all matters pertaining to status of HSE and promotional programme at site level
Conduct Fire Drill, inspect and arrange to maintain Fire Extinguishers.
Organize campaigns, competitions & other special programs to promote, safety in the workplace.
Health camps to prevents Heat related illness
Notify site personnel if non-conformance to safety norms observed during site visits/site inspections.
To assist in the development and the review of procedures and safe systems of work, including those of subcontractors.
Conduct site induction to new workers and site visitors.
To assist in the development and presentation of the safety-training program.
To attend all site safety meetings.
To monitor all contractors, sub-contractors and all workmen for safety management practices, behaviors and equipment.
Reporting all site i
