•Handling documentation of LCL import, Export, Air freight & full containers
•Follow up with the supplier for the copy of shipping document prior to shipment
•Follow up of payments with credit customers etc.
•Tracking the shipment status from the shipping line for every order
•Reconcile the supplier invoice with the purchase order prior to releasing the payment to the party
•Dealing with the clients gently and politely to solve day to day problems
•Maintain administrative forms and manuals
