Auditors
Summarizing Financial Status by collecting information, preparing, and presenting various Reports for Top Management
Take clear messages and successfully communicate with consumers, vendors, team members, and management.
Providing Administrative support for HR Manager, including replying to emails, resolving customer concerns, guiding them,
and providing necessary information
Ensuring the integrity of Accounting Information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions
Ensuring that accurate claims are filed, reviewing and processing Refund/ Reimbursement
Taking Monthly Aging Reports and submitting them to the top levels of management for appropriate actions
Focusing on Bad Debts Customers, discussing payment plans, contacting customers, and sending reminders to ensure timely
payments. Dealing with inquiries and resolving customer issues in an appropriate and professional manner
Assisting in the preparation of Debt Collection Documents and coordination with the Legal Department on debt collections
Verifying payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinating with the bank
Monitoring /Accounts Receivables/Payables, keeping track of accounts to identify and control outstanding
Providing administrative support to Business Leaders, assisting them in the streamlined running of the institutions
Maintaining accurate records of customer and financial data that are compliant with corporate requirements
Facilitating Inter-Office coordination, maintenance of confidential files, distribution of mail and faxes, and follow-up on the same
Coordinating with cost-effective vendors for the purchase of office equipment, timely delivery, and processing of vendor’s bills.
Supporting employee engagement & grievance resolution; organizing various reward schemes, celebrations, team building
exercises for enhancing motivation, commitment, and productivity in employees
Making complete arrangements for annual events, conferences and other functions of the firm
