Responsible for Developing, Launching, Effective Adoption & functioning of the Assessment Centre for Talent Pipeline - Across Territories

Competency Framework Development for the employees to ensure right person in the right job

Work on skills matrix to support employees development and HR succession planning

Perform Leadership, Soft Skills, Sales, Customer & Process Oriented Trainings for Store and Logistics team

Develop & devise learning practices to support Employee Retention Process

Perform GAP Analysis for Store and Warehouse & propose developmental plans to the increase productivity

Work closely with Store & Logistics teams to address the challenges & reflect positively on their Performance

Support teams to increase ATV, UPT and conversions to increase Sales Efficiency

Ensure Training contributes to a Positive & Increased Sales and Customer Loyalty for the Business through Quality Training interventions - Focused on NPS & CSAT

Effective & creative use of Budget to deliver value add, T&D Solutions

Collaborate with VM, Marketing, and other Support teams to create Store Customer Experience

Effective implementation and use of LMS (Oracle platform) for UAE territory

Design, Develop and Perform training / e-learning programs to address business needs, for e.g. - TTT, NHT, Refreshers, OJT, Mentoring, Coaching & In Store, LogisticsTrainings etc.

Continuously enhance the e-learning modules to address to the business needs

Assign self learning programs across UAE territory and monitor the effectiveness

Identify the potential leaders & ensure L&D Strategies are consistently revised & flexible enough to respond to business changes

Work closely with HODs and stake holders to understand & assist in the Training matters of their direct reports for e.g. - PMS, Skills gap, Behavioral Gap, Employee Grievances etc.

Measure the Effectiveness of training - ROI

Publishing Training Calendar, Dashboard and various reports to the Management

Ensure consistency in the Skills and knowledge application through regular Performance checks, training audits and reviews

Implement innovative & challenging programs to encourage & attract more nationals towards the program for e.g. UAE Trainees Development Program, UAE Graduates Program, UAE Technician Program, PMP program etc…
