• Maintain the buildings and grounds of organization, directing staff and overseeing the upkeep of equipment, MEP service, soft service and security.
• In charge of the contract management of hard and soft services
• Coordinating essential central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, and pest control.
• Negotiate with outside vendors for supplies, repairs and other measures.
• Make decisions based on needs and budget concerns.
• Communicate with employees and work with management to make sure the job done.
• Managing routine periodic Fire Safety checks.
• Motivate and coordinate employees as well as deal with any disciplinary issues that may come up.
• Performing preventative building repairs and maintenance checks
• Ensuring the highest possible standards and service is received from third party companies
• Delegating tasks and monitoring staff performances.
• Follow up all documents to keep as per ISO standards & authority rules and regulations.

• Lead the engineering team in day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, including service standards, equipment schedules and work schedules.
• Communicate with housekeeping to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities for guest rooms and public areas
• Develop systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety of guests and team members, also the proper conditions for plants, machinery and property.
• Communicate with government agencies to ensure full compliance with statutory regulations.
• Prepare capital, repairs and maintenance budgets for engineering with FC.
• Perform daily checks around the hotel.
• Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel.
• Ensure good relationships built with internal and external customers.
• Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure its safe condition and environment.
• Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs.
• Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs to minimize expenses.
• Coordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scope of the project, and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed cost effectively.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Identify and introduce environmentally-friendly systems and equipment
• Monitor key performance indicators for the department and take corrective action as required to enhance equipment inventory, quality audit, productivity and other objectives
• Manage entire team related activities, including recruitment, performance management, training, career planning, disciplinary matters, and team motivation.
