Responsible for supporting all IT needs for Clients. Provides Support such as Hardware, Software, and Network.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Deal with users face to face or over the phone to resolve issues
Troubleshoot system, network, hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot printer issues
Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
Managing open and pending cases
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
Testing and evaluating new technology
Responsible in the maintenance of all computer hardware, Peripherals, Network Infrastructure and other basic software relating to the organization’s operations
Provide day to day support to customers using industry standard practices
Resolve service requests, communicates recommendations and works with and/or informs the appropriate IT consultant/manager, where appropriate
Responsible for Incident & Problem tracking
To update the latest trends of all hardware and software
To ensure that all technical computer system failures must be done immediately to avoid delays of the organization’s daily task
Manage desktops of the assigned customer accounts
Create, modify and delete users & computers in AD
Administer Office 365 for clients
Administer Shared folders
