• Prepare and manage all visa application process for employment, residence, corrections, cancellations and visit visas for all new full time team members and short term contractors.
• Manage the application of National Emirates ID for employees of all levels.
• Follow up on all submitted transactions on a daily basis.
• Input and maintain team member data in PeopleSoft .
• Schedule team members for required medical checkups; facilitate all visa related medical processes.

• Input visa applicant’s personal data in Dubai CID system.
