• Initiate efficient Information retrieval and report preparation in all matters relating to student registration and records
• Responsible for admission and accurate registration of all students into programs both cost recovery and regular ones
• Plan and administer all matters related to students’ assessments, coordinate the administration of placement assessments, process results report and maintain test records
• Manage timetable changes and special requests for the same as approved by the supervisor of Academic Services or Head of Support Services.
• Build a team responsible for maintaining accurate student records; which includes all aspects of planning and organizing of students’ registration, issuing student timetable, entering grades, auditing transcripts to confirm eligibility for graduation and auditing student’s physical files.
• Liaise between College departments and the guardians of new applicants and existing students.
• Maintain the extra credentials file for Direct Entry students and liaise with Year 1 Department Chair.
• Run training sessions for Academic Services staff members.
• In charge of all aspects of the ADMC records function such as: registration details, grades, academic history and meeting HCT academic deadlines and requirements.
• Liaison with ACS for students’ graduation eligibility.
• Prepare statistical reports as well as generating reports by DSS (Data Student System) for the supervisor’s usage.
• Manage and plan student events such as: orientation, Graduation, Open house, Employment fair, Health and wellness.
• Promote an active student life on campus and work with the Student Council to develop clubs which foster personal development.
• Recruit and train leaders and student volunteers to assist with the organization of college events and activities.
