Darin Telecom is a company under Darin group umbrella that is Specialized in providing Telecommunication services and is considered as the Major sub-contractor for Orange-France Telecom Iraq Account (KOREK) holding contracts covering the whole spectrum of telecom services starting from Sites Acquisition and Deployment (Rollout Phase), Operations and
Maintenance of operational sites (for both preventive and corrective interventions), Fuelling (since the majority of sites in

NSPM
A multi user work system interface that captures the project from planning Phase, through an interphase that was
specifically developed with office applications (Excel and Access) . It automates the delivery and collection of individual
Field personal daily tasks then automatically produces a range of reports and dashboards for monitoring, forecasting and analyzing projects progress. It also generates daily, weekly and monthly reports for both clients and all level of
management.

OMS
OMS is an operation and maintenance application that monitor's and control's maintenance operations Iraq wide through delivering the information to the decision makers in an automated and consistent manner. The main objective for OMS is:
• Stream line the processes of gathering information from Telecom sites distributed Nationwide.
• Monitor the process of clearing issues and snags from sites.
• Provide simple analysis of sites Health Status.
• Improve the overall efficiency of tracking Teams activities.
• Issue and track work orders for site repairs.
• Dashboards and analysis of the overall work efficiency.

FUELLING
This app. was developed to help fuelling dept. to facilitate their work in doing schedules, monitor fuel consumption, fuel
losses, contractors follow up, and invoicing.

Lead Forecasting Analyst in Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) 2008-2010 UK
• I work with an enthusiastic forecasting team in a high-pressure environment, dealing with real-time issues that can make or lose money for the company
• Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to tight schedules and fixed deadlines.
• Using my programming skills in SAS Macro, VB for applications, and my understanding of model building I successfully
automated many of the manual procedures.

Analyst - Predictive Modeler, Iraq Ministry of Finance, 2004 - 2007 Iraq
Worked as an analyst in the deputy Minister office in the Iraqi Ministry of Finance, Some of the projects I worked on were:
• Questioner and model based on the questioner to identify the characteristics of people that would rather receive Money
instead of Food coupons (a contribution to reform the national subsidies scheme)
• A predictive model to predict the world oil prices for the period from May to December 2006.
• Calculated the GINI coefficient for the Iraqi population with regards to the distribution of wealth.
• A model to target the people who are entitled to the Safety Net (Iraq welfare system)

Software Development, 2003 - 2004 UK
During this period I wrote and developed several computer programs and software packages for different companies and organizations using Microsoft access, Microsoft Visual basic 6, and SAS. Some of these programs are:
• Granada institute: The data I worked on belonged to a credit card company that had some dormant customers. My task
(among other matters) was to find the customer profile for those dormant customers and can be reactivated through a
mailing campaign.


• Iraqi welfare association: A program to organize and save the donations and contributions that are made by donors
alongside the donor's information through a database that produces the final reports for the Inland Revenue with full
donations amount for each donor and tax return calculations for each claim.
• Images Ltd: Customer related database that organizes customer information, customer's orders and accounts.

Worked as a computer technician, my job was Building, repairing computers and installing a variety of software.
