Attracts potential customers by answering questions, opens customer accounts by recording information, resolves products and services problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, following up with customers and manage calls, overseeing employees, providing customer service, resolving customer issues, assist branch manager to achieve sales target and manage daily operations
