Answering telephones, greeting patients, updating and filing patient medical records, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, billing, and bookkeeping, explaining treatment procedures to patients, preparing patients for examination, assisting the physician during exams.
Attracts potential customers by answering questions, opens customer accounts by recording information, resolves products and services problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, following up with customers and manage calls, overseeing employees, providing customer service, resolving customer issues, assist branch manager to achieve sales target and manage daily operations
