• Handling the ongoing or future marketing and communication activities and projects related directly to the Group and by working closely, on similar missions, with the subsidiaries of the Group in various regions as needed.
• Be the "single point of contact" for all group level related marketing activities
• Coordinate the relationship and interact with appointed events, marketing and publicity agencies on agreed projects.
• In charge of the Midis Group corporate website- Intranet & LinkedIn company page to be kept up to date on a regular basis
• Support the Intranet setup of the group affiliates in order to gather the information required for the website & the intranet (ie: customer success stories, PR news..)
• Assist & support the key Group level events & activities (ie: Gitex sponsorship, Partner event, Team Building events, Annual dinner, ...)
• Gather financial or statistical data on business activities from subsidiaries (sales. products, etc.) and prepare presentations as may be required by HO.
• Other marketing tasks based on business requirements (ie: future newsletter..)
• Strong project and time management skills
• Perform any other delegated task or assignment in line with employee competencies.
• Branding: Helping in branding one of our affiliates, iStyle- new design, new logo, guidelines, business cards, bag design, ..
• Website building, SEO, Mobile version
• Maintain/Update/ corporate identity, guidelines and process for the rest of the affiliates to comply.
• Company’s website + a mechanism for frequent updates.
• Tutor students in high school level mathematics
• Assist in enhancing overall learning experience and determination to achieve desired academic results
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
• Assist with fulfillment of marketing offers
• Assist with execution of trade shows
• Sales invoice- Record all purchased invoices, ready to be processed onto databases and work towards eliminating outstanding balances of sales invoice.
• Provide high quality logistical/administrative support; updating iMIS database
• Allocation, shipping and receiving course materials, other administrative duties as assigned - assisting with meeting room setup
