Role Overview
To manage the core training function and the coordination and delivery of development activities within the UAE, Oman, Qatar and Morocco.

Distribution Training Consultant- TUI UK& Ireland

Role Overview
To identify needs, plan, design, deliver and evaluate staff, product and management training for distribution (Shops, Airports and Call Centres).
To be involved in recruiting/assessing, developing and coaching a team of Regional Trainers to deliver core training for retail.
This included:
• Ensuring sales, product and management training needs were identified and met through effective training provision
• Carrying out quality training needs analysis for all training
• Designing relevant training for sales, product and management (at all levels up to and including Regional Sales Managers), ensuring it meets audience requirements.
• Offering a mixture of e-learning, classroom or blended solutions
• Delivering training for distribution, making sure it engage the learners
• Consulting with Divisional Sales Managers - offering a bespoke training programme for their own divisions - meeting their needs and requirements
• Liaising with Regional Sales Managers - identifying, designing and delivering training programmes for their own regions
• Recruiting a successful team of Regional Trainers, coaching and developing them to ensure they were able to competently and confidently deliver the core training to the retail estate.
