As an account manager of a AED 1.5m portfolio, I am responsible for the management and
facilitation of sales and relationships with key clients within the hospitality sectors across the GCC.
My responsibilities include:

I am currently a brand ambassador for numerous companies through out two cities, with a genuine fan base of over 10, 000 people who engage and interact with me on social media platforms in order
to see where the most recent and trendiest places to visit are, and what are some interesting spots to check out in the city, whether it be for food, romantic dates, or just fun activities. Working as a freelance brand ambassador means that I have to constantly create cohesive looks and feelings which people find appealing and relatable. I also conduct myself in a professional manner while understanding professional guidelines and how to spark engagement with potential clients and followers.
I work with companies such as: Muchachas Mexican Cantina, Freedom Pizza, MASTI La Mer, Super Chix, Balqees Honey, Pink Bee Honey, Flower Station UAE, Virtuous Pie, Vancouver Christmas Market, Aurora Winter Festival, Blenz Coffee, and McDonalds Canada.
FIVE is a fine dining raw oyster bar & wine lounge located in the beautiful city of White Rock, British
Columbia, right across from the mirroring waters & beautiful Pier. FIVE, features a list of decadent
wines from around the world, raw large oyster selection, raw seafood selections, diverse dishes created by our Red Seal Executive Chef and his culinary team, and ambient romantic atmosphere,
both inside, and on the heated waterfront terrace. While managing FIVE, my team and I sparked a
38% increase in revenue growth within a one-year period.
My responsibilities included:
• Developing restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand; surveying people within the
city; identifying and evaluating competitors; preparing marketing, and sales projections, analyses,
and cost estimate.
• Attract clients by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community
relations programs; evaluating program results; identifying and tracking changing demands
• Maintain client satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service
offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons.
• As a General Manager I was responsible for human resource functions by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining management
staff; communicating job expectations and measuring against performance targets.

I was employed and trained to industry leading standards by Chanel as a Beauty Consultant &
Makeup Artist. For 2 years I excelled in this position by assisting them in their location in downtown
Vancouver as well as being selected for their special events and new product launches. I built an
extensive group of female clientele for Chanel and I always exceeded targets.
My responsibilities included:
- Conducting consultations for customers, offer product recommendations, and apply/demonstrate
Chanel products.
- Driving retail sales and achieve all sales goals
- Taking calls and bookings while maintaining highest industry standards of telephone manners and
customer service.
- Using the CRM system to record/track sales and be aware of weekly and monthly sales trends in
order to adjust sales goals accordingly.
- Executing client recall strategies to maximize customer base.
- Ensuring and maintaining merchandising guidelines, display and hygiene.
As the first point of interaction I was tasked with making clients feel comfortable and assisting them
with initial queries and requirements. Welcoming clients with an approachable attitude and genuine care was key to my success at Pier 1.
