networking problems.

 Installing new computer systems and connecting them in to LAN and Domain.

 Installation and configuration of local and network printer.

 Providing Desktop, Laptop and Network support.

 Managing Anti-virus and other applications.

 Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook.

 Implementing of Windows 2003 domain.

 Active Directory users and groups management.

 Installation and configuration of DHCP, DNS and active directory.

 Installing the basic OS and the supporting software as per the guidelines of the organization.

 Troubleshooting and resolving desktop support issues.

 Setup employee login ID and assign rights.

 Maintaining File server and FTP server.

 Support for daily Calls regarding Outlook, Operating System, Desktop, Laptop, Printer and

Network related issue.

 Coordinating with Vendors for Laptop and Desktop spare parts replacement.
