▪ Making as-built drawings, shop drawings
▪ Attending meetings with consultants and owners
▪ Attending meetings with QAQC and construction team to close NCR and SOR related to structural issues
▪ Providing technical and clerical support to project managers and site engineers
▪ Section head for rebar installation on site and supervise foreman for daily activity.
▪ Prepare/check architectural, civil and structural shop drawings
▪ Prepare schedules and material forecast for the delivery of rebar on site
▪ Prepare bar bending schedules BBS for multi-story and infrastructure projects.
▪ Coordinate with rebar factory for daily schedule of material to be delivered on site.
▪ Attend weekly meeting with clients regarding different issues of drawing and rebar installation.
▪ Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
▪ Prepare a report and monitor the daily, weekly and monthly consumption of steel bars on site.
▪ Checking technical designs and drawing to ensure that they are followed correctly.
▪ Coordinate different department of the project for technical issues and billing.
▪ Assist fabrication shop for technical issues regarding bending of rebar.
▪ Supervising contracted staff
▪ Ensuring project meet agreed specifications, budget and timescales
▪ Provide technical advice and solving problems on site
▪ Preparing daily site report and planning
▪ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that site team followed correctly.
▪ Ensures that materials and workmanship are at all times in accordance with plans and specification
▪ Assists the Project Engineer in the overall direction and supervision of the field operation.
▪ Notifies the Project Engineer in case there are deviation from approval plans and specification.
▪ Prepares and submit statement of work accomplished.
▪ Carry out instructions / orders of the Project Engineer
▪ Prepare and check shop drawings of client for fabrication of rebar in factory.
▪ Prepare bar bending schedule
▪ Operate Autocad and Acadrebar in detailing.
▪ Prepare structural shop drawings in accordance with BS and American Standard.
▪ Segregate and prepare bar bending schedule as per approved shop drawings.
▪ Prepare shop drawings per fabrication standard.
▪ Prepare assembly and erection drawings.
▪ Maintain communications and submit RFI to customers.
▪ Coordinate with other team members to maintain project schedules.
▪ Compile and finalizes calculation template for submittal.
▪ Review documents and approval return.
▪ Handles one to two projects simultaneously.
▪ Review and back check shop drawing for fabrication.
