of the Business Case, including writing an Investment Appraisal that was subsequently used as a company exemplar.
• Developed a cost-effective solution for ILW treatment at Aldermaston that achieved a reduction in the overall site
risk whilst managing expectations of multiple stakeholders.
• Completed an extensive refurbishment programme (value £35M) for a production facility. Carried out the delivery
of a significant number of packages of work in a complex operational facility by a team of 25 individuals.

supercompaction plant, resin encapsulation plant, wet waste drying plant and the HEPA filter treatment facility.
