Job Description:
• Kingdom of Sheba (KOS)
- Prepared specification booklets for all the FF&E items to be issued for tender.
- Prepared BOQ for the whole apartments and public areas.
• Th8 Project
Th8 is a project that consists of Residential Units, Residential Penthouses, Residential Lobby, Hotel Apartments, Hotel Lobby, F&B and BOH.
- Reviewing and commenting on the architectural drawings issued by consultant and making sure all the ID design is implemented.
- Reviewing the Interior Designer drawings along with the FF&E specifications. Making sure all the required information is available and drawings matches our requirements.
- Preparing BOQ for all required tenders such as White Goods, Sanitary, FF&E, and Doors.
- Issuing tenders to all required suppliers and following up.
- Preparing tender analysis and checking all quotations received making sure they are accurate in terms of quantities and description.
- Checking shop drawings submitted by suppliers for all the FF&E in coordination with the interior designer.
- Checking site shop drawings submitted by contractor.
- Coordinating all required information with site regarding the location of sockets, switches, lights, sanitary and accessories location and appliances.
- Working on penthouses design, changing the layout, kitchen design and finishes.
- Preparing all drawings (Ceiling, floor, wall layout) for the penthouses and getting offers for the required items.
- Finalizing all required drawings, finishes, joinery, FF&E for the mock-up to be ready soon.
- Working on the detailed design of the gym along with the gym equipment selection.

• Specifying Furniture and Fabrics and Equipment’s
for all kinds of projects.
• Request for quotations from suppliers.
• Building control book pages specifying furniture
and finishes in coordination with project managers.
• Preparing material and lighting codes
• Preparing Finishes, door, furniture and sanitary schedules to be submitted with the final drawings.
Job Description:
• Working on budgeting procurement, preparing agreements and bill of quantities of the construction items, FF&E and operators equipment as required by both the client and operator for the below hotel projects in Jordan:
1) Grand Hyatt Amman Hotel: Finishing, FF&E and operator’s equipment.
2) Ayla Oasis Development in Aqaba which includes Hyatt Regency Hotel, Golf Course, Marina, Island Apartments, beach club, Yacht club, souk hotel and the boundary of the project.
• Review and inspection of FF&E items (quality and specification) with the interior designer and client along with presenting samples for approval.
• Issuing purchase orders and authorization for payment.
• Helping in preparing budgets for FF&E and operating equipment.
• Arrange method of payment, ie. L/C, bank transfer, certified cheque etc.
• Follow up production schedule with systematic visits to and from suppliers.
• Monitor shipping progress and arrival of goods.
• Produce monthly budget reports, in order to ensure all purchases are with the allocated budget.
• Prepare and update procurement log, showing dates for material to be on site.
• Follow up with local and international suppliers to insure the best delivery time.
