Oversee and implement IOCC Jordan’s MEAL systems
- Lead and support ongoing MEAL of IOCC activities, using surveys, focus group discussions, site visits, other M&E tools and provide timely reports, inputs, and feedback to management
- Maintain internal tracking tools (such as indicator tracking, setting baselines, evaluations, lessons learned and recommendations, and follow-up on recommendations)

Conduct orientation for all staff on MEAL, including CRM, referral mechanisms, and related procedures - In coordination with the Country Representative, contribute to proposal development, including a role in development of M&E plans, conducting needs assessments, and utilizing lessons learned - Develop and lead trainings to build the capacity of IOCC and its sub-recipient(s) in MEAL-related topics
Providing support to the MEAL unit in the design and implementation of program
monitoring and evaluation, humanitarian accountability, and ongoing learning.
- Collecting project and program data from the field according to the set M&E plans and
processing the data collected into usable formats for analysis.
- Facilitate implementation of the Accountability Framework, ensure that lessons
learned are communicated to stakeholders, and assist with cross-sectoral coordination.
- Design baseline and end-line surveys, including developing TORs, identifying
consultants, training data collection teams, coordinating data entry and analysis, and
writing reports
- Conduct field visits to assist with data collection, verify proper use of monitoring tools,
and facilitate more in-depth learning exercises with the beneficiary communities
- Establish a system to track collected data, following up with program staff to ensure
timely collection of data
- Facilitate, as necessary, lessons learned activities
- Represent the principles and work of Save the Children to donors and other
stakeholders when required

Training civil society activists and other NGOs from the MENA region on the 5
steps strategy toolkit of New Tactics in order for them to solve important human
rights issues.

The project I worked on related to the social, economic and political remittances of
Lebanese diaspora in Australia, U.S. and Canada. I was responsible for:
- Analyzing, reviewing and collating qualitative evidence from over 50
interviews conducted with Lebanese diaspora for the purpose.
- Providing comparative analysis of the interviews in order to discern differences and
similarities between treatment of Lebanese diaspora in different geographies,
classes and other variables.

when she was unavailable.
