Oversee and implement IOCC Jordan’s MEAL systems
- Lead and support ongoing MEAL of IOCC activities, using surveys, focus group discussions, site visits, other M&E tools and provide timely reports, inputs, and feedback to management
- Maintain internal tracking tools (such as indicator tracking, setting baselines, evaluations, lessons learned and recommendations, and follow-up on recommendations)
- Complete regular MEAL reporting requirements to headquarters office on behalf of Jordan office - Develop tools and guidelines for data collection, collation, and reporting - Support the design and implementation of M&E plans for all projects, including planning and leading assessments, developing baselines, and conducting evaluations, as needed
