• Coordinate with recruitment agencies for overseas recruitment for communication on position requirements, scheduling of interviews and trade tests, preparation of contract letters etc and accompany business unit Managers to overseas locations for recruitment trips, update Manager, HR on status of recruitment on daily basis by sending recruitment report.
• Coordinate with Personnel section for issue of work visa for overseas recruits and with Administration section for attestation of necessary documents by Government agencies and its dispatch to the candidates, follow up on joining formalities and update business units on continuing basis on the joining status of the candidates.
• Complete joining formalities by preparing necessary documents and coordinate with Training section for orientation training of new joiners, hand over employee documents to filing section to ensure safe custody.
