• Supervise and manage Makani Site managers within the designated centers, ensuring consistently strong performance indicators and close linkages to other service providers and sectors to ensure consistent integration of programmes at field level.
• Conduct regular follow up with the Site Managers to ensure the effictivenes of their work
• Provide technical and administrative support to all Makani Site Managers under his/her supervision.
• Act as a focal point of communication between UNICEF and Makani Site managers.
• Contribute to and support the Makani Site managers in the preparation of key planning activities at the centres. Support preparation of Makani activities work plans including programme schedules/cycles, outreach plans, events as required. Ensuring Syrian Site Manager and staff comply by set work plans, schedules and meet targets.
• Syetmatically undertake and document frequent field visits in the designated centres to monitor and assess programme implementation and decide on required corrective action.
• Conduct regular capacity assessment for Makani facilitators; identify the gaps and the training needs in each center
• Coordinate with the technical focal points to conduct trainings, monitoring sessions, coaching, or any other type of capacity development activities as per the assessed needs.
• Ensure continuous capacity building of the Syrian volunteers provided as required to ensure compliance with set SOPs and quality of service delivery.
• Ensure that Makani centers under her/his supervision has all the needed materials and tools to run the regular activities
• Report any urgent maintenance need to BDC, and follow up on its completion with the focal points
• Ensure that the site managers for the centers under his/her supervision submit their logistic and maintenance needs on timely manner.
• Prioritize the maintenance and logistic needs for Makani centers and share the priority with BDC focal points to follow up on.

Makani project is funded by UNICEF where we have 20 centers all around the kingdom tat provides learning support services(LSS), child protection, better parenting and life skills for the refugees children and other vulnerable children in the country.
