- Providing exceptional service and the highest level of safety standards on all flights.
- Being available and ready for duty at short notice. Working on a continuous standby basis and being contactable at all times.
- Adhering to VIP protocol and exercising discretion at all time.
- Protecting the security and confidentiality of our passengers.
- Assisting in the purchases of in-flight cabin service amenities ensuring it is as per VIPs’ preference and assigned budget.
- Taking responsibility of receiving and checking catering for the flight.

- Decorating the cabin pre-flight and setting up the cabin for service.

- Delivering first class service to our guests’ onboard ensuring safety is priority.
- Representing Etihad at corporate events, liaising with VIPs and showcasing Etihad’s latest products and services.
- Taking responsibility to update myself with latest cabin and safety bulletins.
- Participating in pre-flight crew briefings. Making suggestions for team goals and ways to demonstrate company values.
- Being familiar with all onboard products, and having confidence to make suggestions and recommendations to our guests while dining.
- Working effectively as a team to provide a consistent and refined service to our guests, especially those travelling as a couple.
- Working within a diverse, multicultural team. Delegating duties as a galley operator to enhance productivity and coaching junior crew.
- Implementing resourceful procedures on board to reduce company costs and benefit the environment.
- Dealing with First Aid issues solely, using on board medical equipment confidently.
