♣ Handle container sales units.


Operations - Space Controller:

♣ Set a Basic Standard Allocation for each port for each Service (RGS/RSS/RS2/CMS/CSG/CGX/PMX/IRF/ AMI) under MERO.
♣ Keep track of cargo forecast per Vessel on each service.
♣ Timely coordination with MENA and Red Sea agents to ensure vessel allocation is fully utilized.
♣ Liaise with Head Office (Singapore) for the additional required space on Partners Vessel when necessary.
♣ Coordinate with HO and local agents Equipment Management Dept. with regards to the evacuation of Empty Containers.

Admin Executive:
♣ Responsible for administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors, which includes:
- Manage Travel Arrangements
- Prepares and compiled documents for International Visa Processing for Business travels.
- Log monthly business expense on company expense system in an accurate and timely manner according to company expense policy.
- Filing/Record keeping of all important Documents.
- Handles confidential information
- Monitor Office and Pantry Supplies.
