As a receivable accountant I handle all of the customer financial activities:
Billing, Invoicing and Dispatch: Supervises billing and invoicing and ensures that the customers receives their invoices on time.
Payment allocation and application: Properly allocates and applies the payments received as per the invoice details.
Dispute resolution: Manages to resolve all the queries and disputes raised by the customers on time.
Credit controller: As a credit controller, I chase debtors for the money via telephone calls, Emails and personal meetings.
Account reconciliations: Detail oriented account reconciliation reports are produced there by resolving the disputes.
Provided customer service regarding collection issues, processed customer refunds, resolved client discrepancies and short payments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit notes.
Performed high volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers to reduce overdue balances.
Was also involved in customer meetings and provided considerate customer service to clients and sales.
Acquired knowledge about Global Service Participants
Billing of duties/taxes charges for international shipments and domestic shipments to GSP country locations and customers within UAE.
