- Managing and distributing contractually allocated tickets. Additionally, assist the Ticketing Manager in the legal process of procuring contracts and approvals for any additional complimentary tickets.

- Creating and updating profit and loss statements to forecast revenue whilst making relevant changes continuously to deliver the highest profitability.
- Acting as the senior point of contact for the Event Director and Project Management team in the pre-emptive ticketing issue resolution and planning strategy.
- Coordinating directly with the client (Department of Culture & Tourism) to ensure their requirements and
KPI’s are met.
