• Responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, greeting guest with a warm welcome as they arrive.
• Responsible for the guest check-in & check out.
• Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy, at all times.
• Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows.
• Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
• Conduct regular security checks throughout the day and report any security issues.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
