- Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services
work.
- Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the requirements.
- Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support
where necessary.
- Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery.
- Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
- Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands.
- Help client solve problems with product usage.
- Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be
more beneficial.
- Installation, handover and commissioning of medical equipment/system.
- Conduct preventive actions and maintenance to prevent break-down and pull-out from service of
medical equipment.
- Conduct corrective actions and maintenance to return medical equipment to service.
- Plan scheduled Inspection and Maintenance activities.
- Conduct operational trainings to end users.
- Conduct service trainings to maintenance staff.
- Document each Installation & Service conducted on each medical equipment.
- Manage documentations as per ISO9001 and ISO13485.
- Conduct technical research on behalf of manufacturer and submit a comprehensive report as
feedback.
- Create reports for improvements of manufacturer technical documents/accompanying documents.
- Manage market research concerning all medical devices, equipment, systems, technologies and
advancements in the industry.
- Provide consultation on behalf of manufacturer to third party companies regarding concerned
medical devices, medical equipment, medical system and related technologies.
- Manage Inventory/Stock available for Accessories, Jigs, Tools, Spare Parts, Evaluation Units.
