Responsible for designing, conducting, facilitating, coordinating and supporting the activities and functions of the PFS training, Mentoring, and orientation programs to ensure that the goals and objectives specified in all programs are met in accordance within established priorities and time frames.
Currently function as Software Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer and Quality Assurance coordinator.
Responsible for identifying the performance/training needs of the individual and the organization, planning, developing, designing and implementing the appropriate solutions to address them and evaluating their outcome.
Acted as an administrative assistant to the Department Head, who has the responsibility to oversee the operation and administration of all activities of the department which includes training preparation and facilitation.
These functions are coordinated with the Quality Assurance Manager, Administrator, medical and non medical staff and are prepared in accordance with the Quality Assurance departmental policies, procedures and standards.
SGF Italia is an Italian based company which has a satellite office in the UAE. The company provides shop fixtures and interior design services to some of the high-end hypermarkets and shops in the Gulf. My key responsibility as Site Administrator cum Interior Designer is to oversee all the projects in the UAE particularly Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain.
