1 Drive all commercial activities through our distributors in Middle East and Pakistan.
2 Set-up yearly budget for the area based on distributors forecast and three year plans. Current turnover for the area is $40 million.
3 Lead the sales and product teams to support our growing install base.
4 Work closely with the financial director in Switzerland to achieve our operating plans.
5 Manage 19 distributors in the market and set-up distributor meetings.
6 Sit on the Board of trustees for the JV in Saudi Arabia.
7 Work closely with regulatory to set-up all policies and procedures for the Middle East.
8 Do the monthly forecast for the Area.
9 Visit our VIP customers to see how we can improve on our service and support.
10 Work closely with my direct reports and built good teamwork.
11 Work with HR to review issues and give my recommendation regarding salaries and packages for the employees.
12 Check the financial books and petty cash on monthly basis before submitting the accounts to the head office.
13 Set goals and plans for the area to achieve overall operational plan. Align goals and plans with overall company strategy.
