Review of PDS model for discipline clashing, obstruction and design deviation s.
•Field survey of existing pipe line and structures do draft detail, material identification and feed to designer /drafter for PDS modeling.
•Field survey of primary, secondary and tertiary structures for finalization of PDS Model.
•Field survey and draft detail of miscellaneous structures for mooring, equipment foundation, escape routes/access platforms, stairs, special pipe supports, etc.

Read, knowledge and understanding of project contracts and technical specifications.
•Review, verify of engineering drawings plan, detail, lay-out, section, P & ID’s, and isometrics during execution.
•Review, verify and comment of contractor TGT modules fabrication Inspection & Test Plan.

monitoring of contractor’s scope of works for MG Hulme upgrading project, i.e. :
•Structural removal, repair and renewal for rig main deck plate and under deck structures, sub-structures, upper deck and, living quarter, pontoon deck, hull and caisson columns, deck flats.
•Piping lines removal and renewal for compressed air, dry bulk, cooling water, drains, low, high pressure mud, potable water, fire water, fuel oil, diesel, etc.
•Fabrication of pipe lines and final installation assembly to modules / equipment.

Attend monitor inspection schedules for multi discipline.
•Monitor piping fabrication and final installation and assembly to modules and equipment.
•Witness system pressure test, leak test, chemical cleaning and lube oil flushing of pipe line system.
•Verify accuracy and completeness of contractor’s hydrotest packs and that all testing procedures have been approved and arc on site.
•Confirm testing parameters are duly recorded and testing equipment are calibrated.
