1. Develop Plans & Prepares Time Schedule using Primavera 6 version 15.1 for each Irrigation & Pumping Station Building Covering Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3

1. Develop Plans & Schedule for Site Implementation using Primavera 6 . Version 8.3
2. Oversee & Monitor entire program of works including Resource allocation, Manpower, Equipment Usage and Budget Allocation.
3. Prepare Weekly and Monthly report including Cash Flow preparations/budgeting, S-Curve preparations in Cost & Weights %, Materials, Manpower, Equipment and Cost allocation.
4. Assist in preparation and updating of Drawing and Material submittals report.
5. Coach and assist Junior Planning Engineer in Progress Measurement and Performance Evaluation using Weights Percentage (%) and Look Ahead Sched. 6. In Charge of Photographic Documentation
7. Develop Schedule for Extension of Time Including Variations & Change Order Plans
8. Work Closely with the Consultant in Progress Evaluation and Report Preparation for the Main Client.
9. Assist Quantity Surveyor in Materials, Quantity & Budget Allocations.
10. Discuss and Interact with Project Manager regarding Site Progress Status ensuring work are prepared and implemented as per target output.
11. Prepares report for discussion with Subordinates involves directly in the Site works.
12. Review Weekly & Monthly Schedule and budgeting thru Look Ahead Preparation and Feedback result to Project Manager for Assessment and preparation for priority workable plans.
Additional Functions :
1. QC work including Site Inspections, Report preparations & Documentations. 2. Assist Site Engineer in Work Implementations & Guidance as per Consultant Request including closure of Site Instruction & NCR’s 3. Safety Documentation & Report Submission 4. Assist in safety preparation plans.
