Responsible for expanding and developing Hill McGlynn's Facilities Management business in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. During the merger of two previous competitors, attention and focus was placed on improving service delivery to clients. Starting at Hays as a graduate trainee, worked up to Senior Consultant level (MREC qualified) . Promoted to Consultant on the fast track scheme and achieved accolade of being the first person in the team to successfully place a candidate in a permanent role in the first month of employment first month. Duties also included the support of new trainee consultants - including business systems & sales training.

As a result of work experience with the Daily Express, was recommended to the Art Director of Happy fashion magazine to further develop graphic expertise. Completed two separate placements at the magazine and a summer Internship.
