•Review the Weekly Work Order Compliance report with reference to the weekly scheduled jobs.

 A proficient user of Maximo application, utilizing the tools and techniques achieving 98% target objective in 2019-2020 YTD PM compliance. Manage the Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument weekly planning & scheduling of preventive and corrective work orders. Work closely with field Engineers and Supervisors to ensure adherence and compliance to Health and Safety requirements such as PTW and HIRA.
 Organize efficient resources utilization, such a manpower, check spare availability, initiate material reservation and closely monitor warehouse for material stock level and follow up material PO delivery as required, in order to maintain plant safety & reliability to avoid equipment extended downtime.
 Analyses/evaluate performance data to develop resolution strategies where poor performance is visible such high backlog/pending work orders. Hence, ensuring Work orders completion are satisfactorily meet the predefined (KPI) Key Performance Indicator.
