I am responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training materials and courses that are relevant, engaging, and effective. In addition, provide feedback and guidance to other trainers and learners and ensures that the training standards and objectives are met.

Achievements:
• Use SAP SuccessFactors Learning as a unified corporate learning management system (LMS) to monitor employee skills and ensure training compliance in EMEA.
• Successful completion of training project to mobilise human resources at a new customer site in Ghana.

I managed the centres operations by ensuring team are equipped to respond efficiently and quickly to operational requirements and
emergencies by way of providing emergency management (receiving status reports and mobilization of emergency teams).

Achievements:
• Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within the
database.
• Ensured data integrity for analysis and reporting purposes on
MS Power BI; key tasks include data preparation, validation, and quality checks to maintain accuracy.

Appointed to be accountable for the management of all development mining activities as set out in the quarterly mining plan.

Achievements:
• Constructed and rollout TARP (Triggered Action Response Plan) program to bring awareness to hazardous working conditions.


Complete shaft sinking training at the Murray and Roberts Training Academy to assess the quality of work performed by the underground development crews in the Venetia Underground Project (VUP).

Assist the VUP training centre to construct and rollout the TARP (Triggered Action Response Plan) Program to bring awareness to hazardous working conditions that may be encountered by the underground development crews in the project. Also construct a structure for reporting of the hazards depending on their severity and risk rating.

Junior Assistant in Drill & Blast department, assigned to design open pit drill patterns on GEMS mine planning software. Also perform fragmentation analysis after each surface blast to ensure optimal load and hauling performance and ensure a high percentage of ore passing to the metallurgical plant.
