Plan and roster staff to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate personnel, space and facilities for performance of cargo operations. Maintaining service level standards as per the standard of the airline and NAS.
Co-ordinate and liaise with airline representatives / managers, security, customs, government agencies and other parties to achieve best possible customer service levels.
Investigates actions complains, accidents, incidents and submit to Manager Cargo Operations.
Active member of the conformity team to obtain the ISAGO certification for Khartoum & Kuwait station.
Meet the customer airlines to ensure the satisfaction level of services provided.
