Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (technical service, vendors, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.
Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet supply chain demands as dictated by production schedules and work flow.
Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
Continuously improve operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
Conferring with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal and external customers.
Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.
Control purchasing thru divulging inventory stocks.
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

Provide Production Schedule to shop floor
Work with Sales and operations team in prioritization on commitment dates in meeting sales requirements.
Provide forecast to purchasing to convert components to finish goods
Control Inventory integrity through cycle count
Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products: Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects/work orders.
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Overall supervision and movements of Nonconforming Parts Warehouse
Claims all nonconforming materials from local and foreign suppliers
Analyze criticality of claims and submits weekly reports to concern Business unit heads
Process preparation of incoming and outgoing of claimed components.
Assess the effectiveness of a supply chain system pertaining to supplier relationships to the organization. Ensures that the strategic goals, policies and procedures of the organization are followed when carrying out procedures to purchase items. Keeps a record of all supplier performance reports and intervenes if there is a dispute between the supplier and the organization concerning items, prices, shipments and distributed products.
