Corporate sector

Working within the corporate design team as a mid- weight interior designer. Assisting the Director and Senior of corporate design with eight projects. With one of which I was lead designer, being responsible for liaising with MEP and PM to produce a Pre - Concept Report.

My duties were as followed:
- Test Fits
- Site walks
- Assisting Junior Design
- Designing Manifestation
- Design Validation Report
- Pre - Concept Report / Site analysis
- Attending face to face client meeting
- Sanitary ware, Furniture and Door schedules
- Login on to conference calls with client, MEP & PM
- Updating floor plans to client's requirements (AutoCAD)

Residential sector

Placed into a very fast moving project with a tight deadline, for the lunching of 79 micro apartments office conversion. Based on site assisting in most areas of the project, learning new skills which were not interior design related. Which required strong communication skills for delegating workmen on site.

My duties were as followed:
- Site visits
- Procurement of materials
- Assisting with graphic designs
- Experience in site management
- Detailed design of floor and site plan in AutoCAD
- Taking off on - site measurements and comparing floor area to drawings

Hospitality, Residential, Education and Installation Design sector

Residing in Oman assisting CEO and Senior Architects with seven projects. With me being placed Lead Interior Designer on one project, for the refurbishment of a villa dining room coordinating with Lighting Designers and Craftsman.

My duties were as followed:
- Checking material quotes
- Produced Sketch Up and Photoshop visuals designs
- Sanitary ware, Furniture and Door schedules
- Drafting kitchen speciation, materials and meeting with suppliers
- Production of detail visuals depicting our vision for a warm and functional interior
- Procurement of materials
- Handmade Sketch models a 1:100
- Production of detailed drawings in AutoCAD
- Attending face to face client meeting
- Weekly site meeting and walks with MEP, PM and site manager

Hospitality, Residential Design and Exhibition sector

Joining Yasimne Mahmoudieh on the relaunch of her company. Liaising with new clients and suppliers to produce a design concepts. Assisting the Director with the floor plan designs, material specification and furnishing for the conversion of horse stables into luxury accommodations for jockeys

Exhibition Design sector

Assisting on a £40 million refurbishment of the Imperial War Museum. Joining a exhibition team in the completion of RIBA Stage D in collaboration with Foster and Partners.

Aviation and Energy sector

Working in-between four projects within the Aviation and Energy sector, assisting lead architect with Central Search Expansion Project; complete refurbishment of the terminal interior for London City Airport. Along with supporting the Senior Architect during the snagging process of a power plant and design concept of the EDF Public Information Centre.
