JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
MECHANICAL INSTALLATION PROJECT COORDINATOR (during
Rehabilitation Program Replacement of all Air Handling Units and Calorifiers
• Assigned as coordinator during the rehabilitation program for changing the Air Handling Units and Calorifier
• Coordinate with the contractor the procedure of dismantling of old unit
• Inspect the proper procedure in the installation of new unit's accordance with the design.
• Implement the fire and safety permit while the project is going on (as per project basis)
• Submitted to the Mechanical Supervisor the daily accomplishment report
• Implement the housekeeping rules as may affect the operation of other unit (avoid contamination of air quality of the other unit)
• Reminded the contractor every morning the safety of the worker and the workplace
• Inspect the quality of pipes, valves and other accessory if it is accordance with the specification
• Visually inspected the welding connections of the pipes
• Prepare the punch list of individual units
• Conduct the testing and gathered data during the commissioning period and submitted to the Mechanical Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (During Construction Period)
• Includes supervision of Steel Silo Construction (48ft dia.) 16 sets
• Monitor the mounting of anchor bolt (as per manufacturer) to avoid
misalignment as anchorage of steel silo (64 pcs per silo)
• Monitor the thickness of the steel sheet as may interchange the sequences of each panel during erection
• Report to the Plant Operation Manager the daily accomplishment
• Re- orient every morning the worker about the safety and required the usage of personal protective equipment
• Report to the Plant Operation Manager the encountered problem and recommend necessary on site modification.
• Assemble of Pneumatic Unloader " Vigan NIV, Cap =250 TPH"
• Assemble of Chain Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Rotary Drum Cleaner, Batch Weigher, Silo Sweep Auger and Discharge Conveyor "The whole system of Grain Storage Plant"

• Supervision of Loading of two units Portable Pneumatics Conveyor to vessel for Wheat unloading and other type of grains.
• Supervision of Maintenance of the whole Conveying System and the Grain Transport Unit and Tractor Head.

• Attend to the weekly meeting with the contractor and raise some question if it necessary
• Liaise with the contractors about the proper handling of equipment during installation
