• Always attending to problems from the team members during the process and getting possible
solutions and resolutions in order to satisfy our customers better.

• Follow up on proper 5s locations.
• Making reports on damage and impaired items.
• Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.
• Follow up on NTD problematic and resolving.

• Preparing and deciding for transportations base on the freight onboard.
• Certify all documents of shipments containing restricted items.
• Working closely with the custom team to ensure all the products transported are of good quality and
law abiding at the receiving end.
• Returns management and reverse logistics.
• Working in collaborations with the ICQA department to take correct data on circle counts.
• Customs and procedure practices.
• Specialized one man and multi-person delivery.
• Making arrangements for inventory returns to customers and suppliers.
• Working in compliance with EHS policy.
