RCM, and Maintenance principles

Engineering Departments in in-depth knowledge of RCM and
facilitated the rollout the PM optimization programs at
locations like Oman-LNG, Greece, Russia (Khabarovsk) Nigeria
Bonny Island), Germany, Denmark and England.
* Developed a specific 5 days Technical Facilitation course for
young Engineers as part Shell Open University program (Title:
Influence Reliability) and delivered globally more than 10
training session over a period of 2 years.
* Active role as HSE focal point and improved procedure for
Travel and Journey Management Plan for P&T department
Rijswijk.
* Organized and facilitated several detailed RCA investigations
on high impact failures in Germany and Kazakhstan.
Reached RCM mastery skills by facilitating over 20 RCM
studies.
* Developed and Implemented RCM Living Program which
focussed on PM optimisation/reliability of the plant.
* Lead and facilitated a root cause investigation on complex dry-
gas-seal failure.
Leading a multidisciplinary maintenance teams of 6 craftsmen
and 2 Engineers.
* Responsible for all maintenance activities execution of
chemical production plant
* Leading the introduction of RCM principles and facilitates
various RCM studies.
* Leading the introduction of Analytical Trouble Shooting (RCA)
and facilitate teams with root cause investigations.
* Gained hands-on tools experience via field maintenance
execution.
