Responsible for management and execution of Dubai branch projects in accordance with contract documents and in coordination of Chief Projects Manager, UAE.

In addition, implementation of IMS system in coordination with Chief Projects Manager in order to assure that all function associated with quality, health & safety are adequately controlled in strict compliance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.

1. To carry out Low-head Piling Works under the High Tension Cables and Bridges (Metro Rail Project Dubai)
2. To carry out Geo-Technical tests, inculding Bi-directional Load test(Osterberg-cell).
3. Installation of Contiguous and Secant Pile Walls.
4. Installation of Solider & Sheet Pile Walls
5. Installation of Working & Micro piles

PROJECT: WAPDA Vision 2025 Programme with estimated total cost of US $ 36 billion, which includes the studies, design and construction of 10 water storage & irrigation schemes and 13 hydropower projects.

DUTIES:

1. Monitoring of progress of project consultants and evaluation of their performance, identification of project obstacles and assistance in contractual matters
2. Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports for Client
3. Review the project planning, detailed construction and implementation schedules, site management and preparation of progress monitoring reports for each of the 23 fast track projects

1. Resident Supervision of Sewerage, Water Supply, and Drainage Works in WASA Faisalabad under Annual Development Programme.

2. Resident Supervision of Secondary, Tertiary Drain in Chota Ravi Zone, and Rehabilitation of Existing Drainage system of Walled City, Lahore

3. Faisalabad Area Upgrading Project (FAUP) for construction of sewerage, water supply & road works etc.

4. Design & Estimation for Development of Water Supply and Sewerage System in Atolls, Maldives.

5. Chashma Right Bank Canal (Lift-cum-Gravity) Project

6. High-Head Hydropower Complex Project (Duber Khwar, Khan Khwar and Allai Khwar)

DUTIES:

1. Detailed design of flood carrier channels

2. Fixing alignment of flood carrier channels and distributaries

3. Preparation of BOQ and detailed cost estimates

4. Bid evaluation and Pre-qualification of contractors

5. Design review of various schemes and structure elements like outfall structure, concrete bridges, culverts, pre-cast and in-situ slabs, aqueducts and siphon aqueduct

6. To prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports

7. Checking and verification of the contractor’s bill in accordance with contract agreement and documents
