Function as : Dial-A-Cheque Call Center Representative
• Responsible in processing customers request for Loan on the credit card according to the bank policies and procedures
• Responsible in transferring credit card outstanding balance from other banks to Emirates NBD bank credit card
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales target
Function as : Verifier
• Responsible in verifying calls from the sales team and made sure that correct bank policies and procedures were being followed by the agents.
• Responsible in approving and rejecting sales from Loan on Card sales agents, Dial-A-Cheque sales agents, Metlife Insurance sales agents, Installment payment plan sales agents
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Time and Attendance System
• Responsible for the maintenance of sick and annual leave balances
• Responsible for the maintenance of Access Control System by giving access rights to employees
• Responsible for the maintenance of employee information and employee work assignment in Oracle
• Update confidential data sheet and upload documents of records in Oracle
• Generate master reports, hire reports, termination reports and leavers management systems reports.
• Provide accounts with necessary documents like hard copy of attendance reports and leave details for salary purposes
• Update job descriptions for the 100% own business units
• Assist the Assistant HR Manager and Group HR Manager in their office needs
•Prepares report on Customers’ Feedback
•Process customer’s documents according to company credit policies and procedures
•Call hot leads, warm leads and cold calls and introduce Rakbank credit cards to customers
•Assess prospects need and recommend the most suitable Rakbank product and facilities
•Inform customers of the different other facilities with their existing Rakbank Credit Card and encourage them to transfer outstanding balances from other credit cards to Rakbank
•Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales target
•Provide best service satisfaction to customers
•Provide customer service function to incoming calls
•Provides administrative support to the Department
•Shop in-charge when the shop manager is out of duty

•Provide a professional and effective customer service support or service function for Palm Project Account in line with client requirements in North America via phone support
•Resolves and assists customers in troubleshooting Palm Handhelds and Treo Phones
•Assist customers in connecting WIFI and Bluetooth with their phone
•Process Repairs, Replacements of Palm Handhelds and Treo Smart phones
•Troubleshoot Palm Handhelds and Treo Phones
•Help customers in installing software and transfer data of their PDA or Phones to the computer and vice versa

•Provide secretarial, administrative, reception and other office operation functions under the supervision of the School Director
•Assist the School Director in all his office needs
•Prepare office correspondence, memos and minutes of meeting in an accurate and professional manner
•Organize and maintain computer file directory of correspondence to aid in future referencing
•Encode all the paper requirements for CHED and submit all necessary documents for approval of government permit to operate
•Redirect, screen and respond to in person, telephone and email inquiries
•Assist in scheduling meetings for the School Director and book meting rooms
•Communicate with meeting attendees to arrange suitable meeting dates and/or remind them of upcoming meetings
•Maintain record of meeting times and distribute notices to personnel involved
•Prepare and send outgoing fax documents and review and redirect incoming fax documents
