Main Responsibilities

Inventory Management
• Stock Levels: Ensure accurate stock levels through regular audits and implement controls to prevent discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain proper records for stock received, stored, and dispatched.
Team Management
• Staff Supervision: Oversee warehouse staff and ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
• Training and Safety: Provide training and ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.
• Shift Scheduling: Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks as necessary.
Order Fulfillment
• Picking, Packing, and Dispatching: Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
Warehouse Organization
• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, and organized, and all goods are properly stored.
• Layout Planning: Implement layout plans to maximize storage space and facilitate easy access to inventory.
Health & Safety Compliance
• Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
• Hazard Identification: Conduct regular safety checks and address any hazards or risks.
Reporting and Documentation
• Inventory and Order Tracking: Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Performance Reports: Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and performance.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Inventory Management Software: Good knowledge of inventory management software and systems.

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of FMCG products, including inventory management and control.

• Implement and maintain effective warehouse processes and procedures to meet FMCG industry standards.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.

• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping accuracy, and on-time delivery.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

• Manage and control warehouse budgets and expenses.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of warehouse activities and performance.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick List Creation: Generate accurate pick lists based on customer orders or delivery requirements.
• Delivery Note Creation: Prepare delivery notes according to the respective picking lists to ensure proper shipment documentation.
• Monitor Shipments: Track and maintain records for all shipments on a daily basis to ensure timely deliveries.
• Update Receiving Records: Continuously update receiving records and perform daily reconciliation to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory checks on a weekly basis to ensure stock accuracy and timely identification of discrepancies.
• Analyze Stock-to-Order (STO) Data: Review and analyze STO data daily to ensure sufficient stock is available for customer orders.
• Billing Document Generation: Generate billing documents in PDF format for customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
• Dairy Receiving Paper Checks: Perform proper verification and checking of all dairy receiving papers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure Stock Availability: Maintain stock availability in the warehouse according to SAP data to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• FIFO Monitoring: Implement and monitor the FIFO (First In, First Out) model for managing goods in the warehouse to ensure product freshness and minimize expiry issues.
• Damage Reporting: Record all damage reports daily and communicate issues promptly to the concerned team for corrective actions.
• Cross-Department Communication: Ensure proper communication and collaboration with the receiving team, production team, and quality control team to facilitate smooth operations.
• Stock Hygiene Management: Ensure that all stocks are stored in a clean, organized, and hygienic manner in accordance with safety and quality standards.
