Prepared management progress reports (weekly & monthly), milestone, Area of Concern (AOC), & Overall Project Progress report including ‘S’ curve.

Understanding project work scope, need and deliverables, contract milestones, duration and resources.

Work front calculation against drawing issuance Vs baseline schedule.

Coordination with contractors.

Coordinate with site personnel during the execution of the work.

Material, manpower & equipment planning for daily work activities.

Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.

Identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical path running through project master schedule.

Preparing and tracking of the project master schedule and summary level curve and man power histogram,
Identification, monitoring & streaming of critical path running through project master schedule and individual contract.
Weekly / monthly report generation including s curve for client and management review.
Understanding work scope, need and deliver contract mile stone, cost, duration and resources.

*Planning of Job with Monthly Breakup, Weekly breakup & Daily breakup for erection of pre-fabricated structures for Power house, Control building & fabrication of Coal bunker for Lanco Amarkantak Thermal plant 2x660MW

*Billing of total project including Sub contractors billing.

* Generating daily report (DPR), Weekly and monthly report

*Attending client’s meeting, Conducting meeting with Agency (Review of work)

*Fabrication and Erection of Structure, Mechanical Equipment’s & Piping for JSPL Producer Gas Plant (PGP) 10 Nos.
*Overall Planning and execution of job, Billing of entire Project.
