• Ensure seamless execution of market/business research and market & competitive intelligence deliverables.
• Understand the requirements of the client, a global energy technology company and support on various research projects including short-term and long-term deliverables.
• Track & analyze global market development, competitive landscape, impact of economic trends on industries, business scenarios, and growth prospects.
• Provide analytical interpretation of data and identify industry trends and their impact.
• Engage the clients and manage their expectations and communications by working closely with senior leadership and ensuring on-time quality deliverables.
• Provide in-house market research or business consulting support for the organization at a global level.
• Providing market intelligence and strategic advisory regarding products and markets in energy & power sectors.
• Supported blue print initiatives of the company by analyzing markets such as oil & gas and mining.
• Investigate into the activities of primary competitors and identification of potential target companies for mergers & acquisitions.
• Understand product segments and conduct a product gap analysis viz-a-viz competitors and their product offerings.
• Preparation of research reports and delivering presentations to the management regularly.
• Responsible for formulating research solutions and provide actionable market insights to add value in clients’ business.
• Evaluating marketing interventions including TV campaigns to understand its impact on brand awareness, usage and image perception from time to time in a competitive context.
• Handling different types of projects including brand health track, campaign evaluation, product test, and post launch evaluation across FMCG categories.
• Responsible for proper implementation of all assigned projects from proposal, questionnaire design, fieldwork, data processing, analysis, report writing, presentation and up to documentation.
• Managing operational, functional, and financial support teams for successful completion of projects.
• Gather and conduct an in-depth analysis of the data relevant to the respective markets and draw meaningful insights and trends of the market under study.
• Formulating reports and making market specific actionable recommendations based on the research findings and results for various markets including metals, minerals, chemicals, oil & gas, and various other B2B verticals.
• Develop a deep understanding about drivers and challenges impacting the market through researching the market and prevailing market conditions extensively.
• Develop an exhaustive key vendor analysis report to determine and analyze the major players in the market and their market strategies.
