Business Operations
 Conduct operations management activities such as business planning,
operational plans, project management, communications, etc. for defined
business segment.
 Define operational/business processes, manage new initiatives/opportunities
that may involve coordination between the sales channel and other
organizations, such as Marketing, Product Management, IT, etc.
 Provide reviews and financial/non-financial performance reporting to enable
the business to achieve its long-term objectives.
 Minimize costs of operations for business. Keep tab on benchmarks /
budgets and work towards cost reduction.
 Identify and highlight the operational issues related to customers, vendors
(external as well as internal) and ensure resolution.
 Legal vetting and proof-reading of all customer agreements and vendor
contracts, prior to official sign-off.
↓ Marketing Activities
 Close coordination with the Internal Communications team to ensure the
right exposure for the region / teams in terms of press releases and
customer engagement workshops are conducted.
 Scheduling of customer meetings during the various regional conferences
and events attended.
 Creating Brand value & increased market presence by organizing and
participating in forums and conferences including planning and control of
advertisement & media coverage.
 Organize and prepare the team members for various business events such
as Capacity conference, Media summits, Telecoms World conference,
GITEX, IDC events, CIO summits, CABSAT conference, LTE MENA conference,
ITW meetings, MWC Barcelona, AfricaCom conference, IPV6 events,
CEEMEA Business Group meetings etc.
