-Manage Logistics and Warehousing operations by envisioning, identifying, and leading strategic initiatives in supply chain management to ensure that operating goals and objectives of the organization are met.
-Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations and ensure all logistic providers execute shipments in accordance with established SLA and standards. Build value-added services for delivering impeccable logistics solutions and negotiate
with carriers/ freight forwarders for competitive rates.
-Streamline warehouse operations by liaising with the warehouse In-charge, participating in MRP (Material Requirement Planning), and ensuring adequate stock is available. Redesign the movement of goods to maximize value and minimize cost.
-Provide purchase orders based on purchase requisition and stock situation to maintain optimum inventory. Gather quotations, review and complete purchase orders, contact suppliers to place orders, and expedite the delivery of
purchased items to meet delivery schedules.
-Handle administration of the import/export process including custom clearance documents, assessments of duties, and shipment pickup facilitation. Apply for import approvals for Dangerous Goods from various agencies like Dubai
Municipality, TRA, ESMA, FANR, SERA, etc.
-Spearheaded the entire gamut of functions for managing Logistics and Warehousing operations and maintained strong stewardship of company assets through the meticulous planning of warehousing operations & proposed logistical solutions to support improved or cost-beneficial freight movements.
-Liaise with the Project team/Site team and ensure that materials are delivered on time. Work closely with suppliers/projects to ensure full compliance as per customer requirements.
-Manage the logistical aspects of product life cycles, including coordination or provisioning of samples, and the minimization of obsolescence. Evaluate service and distribution projects including warehouse design/layout, picking
methodologies, productivity, inventory management, manpower, and workflows.
-Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams on any opportunities, challenges, and alternative options for
improved service deliverables. Direct the availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and products.
-Liaise through regular reviews with operations at all levels to ensure set objectives are monitored & ultimately delivered while meeting all of the customer services key requirements (Quality, Cost, Delivery). Embrace, exhibit and uphold the

Responsibilities:
➢ Supporting our team in the US in all logistics related activities.
➢ Analyzing the cost of logistics and sending reports to senior management.
➢ Receiving Logistics related invoices and vetting the documents.
➢ Approving the invoices and forwarding it Finance team for payment.
➢ Ensuring that the payment is made on time.
Responsibilities:
Warehousing
➢ Responsible of all inbound and outbound activities at Warehouse.
➢ Executing Purchase Orders using SAP.
➢ Carrying out Stock Enquiry at all the Warehouses on monthly basis.
➢ Processing Transfer Postings, Stocks & Inventory Management, Vendor Evaluation.
➢ Exposure to making GRN (Goods Receipt Note), STN (Stock Transfer Note), MRN (Material Return Note) for the materials using SAP.
➢ Ensuring adequate controls in receiving the materials with proper material handling and proper storing techniques in the Warehouse.
➢ Ensuring Excise/Sales Tax formalities and Co-ordination with relevant authorities,
➢ Preparation of MIS reports on weekly and monthly basis,
➢ Conversant with stock monitoring and issue activities such as FIFO, LIFO etc.
➢ Remotely supervising material inward and outward activities at the Warehouse
Logistics and SCM
➢ Identifying and developing cost effective vendors/ suppliers base.
➢ Floating RFQ to transport vendors and freight forwarders and follow-up for obtaining quotation.
➢ Negotiating the cost based on the quotation.
➢ Negotiate/interact with clearing agents, freight forwarders (both domestic and international) & transporters.
➢ Preparing comparative statement and finalizing vendors.
➢ Getting necessary approvals from the top management and releasing POs.
➢ Finalizing the freight forwarder for sector wise shipments.
➢ Ensuring timely pickup of material and on time delivery at sites.

➢ Work closely with site team and ensure critical spares reach site within TAT.
➢ Handled imports of materials and spares and route it to project sites under multi modal transportation mode.

Sourcing
➢ Identifying vendors for service and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
➢ Floating RFQs for AMC across South India.
➢ Preparing comparative statement, negotiating and finalizing vendors.
➢ Monitoring timely service and repair at AMC sites.
➢ Creating POs for AMCs.
➢ Conducting half yearly and quarterly reviews with vendor for vendor management process and vendor rating.
➢ Procuring spares for replacing faulty spares at sites.
Projects Done
➢ Airtel: AMCs for Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andra Pradesh.
➢ ROHA: Transportation, import and site management.
➢ IndusInd Bank: Transporation, reverse logistics.
